She is popularly known for her acting prowess in the CW drama series “Life Is Wild” and SABC 3 comedy-drama “Taryn & Sharon.” She is currently acting as Ashley in the Netflix thriller series “Shadow.”

Amanda Du Pont was born in Manzini, Swaziland, and she is of Swazi, Italian, French, and Portuguese ancestry.

Connie Ferguson

Connie Ferguson is a South Africa-based actress, producer, filmmaker, and businesswoman.

She is famous for portraying Karabo Moroka on the most popular soap opera in South Africa, “Generations.” She also acts as Harriet Khoza on Mzanzi Magic’s “The Queen.”

Connie Ferguson was born in Botswana and is married to Shona Ferguson.

Peter Ndoro

Peter Ndoro is the Primetime news anchor/producer for SABC2’s Morning Live.

He is among Mzansi’s celebrated TV personalities due to his mind-blowing diction and eloquence.

Peter was born in Zimbabwe but spent his early life in England.

When he was 15, he returned to Zimbabwe, and he started his career in ZBC before an irresistible offer made him relocate to South Africa.

Sha Sha

Sha Sha, Charmaine Mapimbiro is a famous South African musician, and her fans call her the “Queen of Amapiano.”

She is a Zimbabwean and was born in Bulawayo, the second-largest city in the country. She became the first Zimbabwean to win a BET Award in 2020.

Tendai “The Beast” Mtawarira

Tendai Mtawarira is a professional rugby union player popularly called “The Beast.”

Tendai plays for Old Glory DC in Major League Rugby and has played for the South African national team and the Sharks in Super Rugby.

Born in Harare, Zimbabwe, Tendai started playing for South Africa on residency grounds before getting South African citizenship.

He debuted for South Africa against Wales in June 2008.

Tendai has 117 caps, making him the most capped prop in South African history and third most-capped Springbok of all time, just behind Victor Matfield and Bryan Habana.
